Palm's with built in wifi are very expensive, so you have to get an add on wifi card which takes up space for a storage card, which is a pain. I also like how the pocket PC is organized more than palm, but this is personal opinion. Basically if you are used to a PC use the pocket PC, if your a mac person you probably want Palm.
